The ASH Group’s approach to Executive Coaching is to provide one-on-one confidential coaching for high potential individuals who have recently moved into a new position or who need to build or to enhance a skill, style, or level of performance in their current position. It is a "fine tuning" process to develop and refine skills in key individuals who have been identified by their organizations as worthy of support.
Our goal is to help the individual make noticeable, measurable and sustainable changes in behavior, skills and style. The ASH Group’s coaching programs can be fully customized in terms of duration, focus and methodology. We offer programs in 3, 6 or 12 month time periods, as well as an unlimited number of follow up sessions after the program is completed.
The Executive Coach provides support by listening, analyzing, reinforcing and redirecting skills on an individual level. Development/coaching also reinforces your organization's expectations, practices, performance standards and value systems and is therefore another tool for management. An external Coach fills the neutrality requirement while bringing a broad perspective, along with experience and knowledge to the executive and the company.
